Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Automation Specialist to streamline and optimize our business processes through automation technologies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving operational efficiency, reducing manual tasks, and leveraging tools like RPA, workflow automation platforms, and custom scripting to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools such as Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure automation aligns with business goals.
• Monitor and maintain automation workflows, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users
• Stay current with emerging automation technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business process automation or a similar role.
• Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, Integromat).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Experience with APIs, scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and data integration is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of workflow design and process mapping.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Certification in automation platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer) is a bonus.
